Tor saw me for a 1:1 supervision session. She was easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and sensitive to my level of experience. She asked me to prepare goals in advance and reassured me of the confidential space to share my hopes and fears. She was very generous with her thoughts and opinions and I really walked away with good practical information to use but also well formed opinions on topics I asked for information about.
